	Croftside Cottage Sleeps 4 plus cot Elegant country-house style with extensive, panoramic views. Entrance hall, Lounge, kitchen/dining room, double bedroom, twin bedroom. Both bedrooms have easy chairs and colour TVs. Bathroom and additional shower room. Central heating. Use of shared laundry room with drying facilities.
	Entrance through porch into hall. Spacious double bedroom with canopied bed and colour TV. View down to the Jaws of Borrowdale. Shower room with shower, hand basin and toilet.
	Stairs to first floor: Double aspect lounge with panoramic views to the south to Borrowdale, the northwestern fells and the Newlands valley (photo alongside) and east to Latrigg. Colour TV, video, DVD player and music system.
	Also on first floor: Kitchen/dining room (dishwasher, electric cooker, microwave, fridge.) This is another double aspect room with views to Skiddaw and to Latrigg. Freezer. Stairs to second floor: Twin bedroom with colour TV. Panoramic view south. Spacious bathroom with bath (shower over), hand-basin and toilet.
	Croftside has its own garden wiith magnificent views including sunsets over the Bassenthwaite valley. Garden furniture and BBQ.
